Made of thick ply wooden frame with non warping ply wood with Mica Top & door made from non-warping wooden board with Mica Clad front and polished inside secured with quality hinges and a Lock & key at the front door. There are 5 polished wooden slide trays/drawers each having a capacity of 100 slides ( 500 Slide Capacity ). Each slide tray has a knob for easy handling and a card frame in the front for holding Index or easy numbering of slides/subject. At the bottom of the slide cabinet, there is a wooden drawer with quality wood having a superior cloth lining at the bottom.
For storing 500 standard 75mm x 25mm microscope slides in individually numbered grooves.
