If your item arrives damaged, then a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.
DO NOT throw away the box and packing. Take photos of ALL the damage.
Claims will only be processed if there are photos of the damage....photos of damage to the box AND to the item.
It's not the buyer's or seller's vault for the damage. It IS the carrier's fault.
There is NO reason to be rude to the seller for the carrier's mistake.
A claim can be filed and will be in due time.
